La personne ciblée doit être issue de la migration, en situation régulière, idéalement primo-arrivante, avec une expérience professionnelle acquise à l’étranger et/ou en France. Elle doit souhaiter s’engager dans un parcours professionnel en lien avec ses compétences, maîtriser le français à l’oral dans un contexte de conversation courante, et résider sur le territoire de la Métropole Lilloise.
