Registration of companies without a SIRET number on the Environmental Display Portal

This form is intended for companies that do not yet have a SIRET number and wish to engage in an environmental display process. It is used to collect the information and documents required to verify the legal existence of your company and proceed with its registration on the Environmental Display Portal: affichage-environnemental.ecobalyse.beta.gouv.fr.

This process is reserved for brands in the textile sector and their design offices that do not have a SIRET number.

Please attach an official document proving the legal existence of your company, for example:

  • An extract from the trade register,
  • A certificate of incorporation,
  • A business license,
  • Or any other equivalent document.

This document must include the following information: the company name, its legal form, its official address, the registered directors, the share capital (if applicable).

You will also need to provide a copy of the identity document of the company’s directors.
